Most of the parts that the majority of people throw away or pass over are the best. It's one of those taboos that I myself don't understand my friend. Tails, snout, and cheek is a delicacy my friend. Keep me up to date on pasole please.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Made meat balls from left over hamburger meat, poor mans Pasola ( from leftover pig parts)tots with bacon......I know.......jealous you areVisalia, Ca @lkapigian
