Brisket breakfast

Egged a 15 lb (pre trim) brisket last night. It was ready at 7 am so after a few chores I decided to have a decent meal. Slow cooked sliced baby reds, fried eggs in lard and brisket. By far the best brisket I've done. Tender with a good taste and bark.

That will do nicely when you make breakfast for everybody in Salado. It's nice that you're putting in some time to get it perfected now.
I'm sure that @Mickey would agree.
