Finally home after 17 hrs of work. No egging today but, it's on tomorrow and Sunday. Was everywhere from North FL to South East GA today. Custard soft serve machines, 1020# Ice Machine, ER calls on soft serve ice cream machine and shakemachine. I-) What a day.

Edit--- here's a snippet of my current resume.
I now do industrial and commercial only (no residential :-bd ). I only have four YouTube videos uploaded. But, under recipes etc I couldn't tell you how many I have saved for references.

@stemc33‌ Thank You! Busy is definitely a wonderful problem to have. Once we get everyone trained on the ElectroFreeze equipment it will free me up some. My boss is going to have me give some OJT to each tech while they shadow me to gain some knowledge and I believe that will ultimately make us better as a whole. Plus it will definitely make us more efficient and profitable. I'm looking forward to it.

In addition to keeping you busy, it sounds like you've made a great transition as well. I'm sure Star Service is grateful to have a person that's willing to go the extra mile(or 347 miles). Like I said before, not too many people get excited about burning the midnight oil. I'm sure they appreciate your enthusiasm.

I bought a ceiling fan from Home Depot the other guy, sales re asked "You going to put that up yourself?" I said "no, going to hang it from the ceiling"
