@SGH Just curious, what are your thoughts on this vs. spiral cutting the loin? I have always done a spiral cut, but this sounds like much less effort.I split them down the center 3/4 of the way through. Then I canoe or hollow out a little for the stuffing. Hence the jetnet.They/Them
