I had a 15 pound brisket cooking in the vertical as well. The quail and mushrooms was just a tide me over my friend! That was a very good observation though brother Phat!!Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Thank you for the kind words my friend. There are several quail farms in my area but these particular ones came from The Butcher Block on HWY 49 in Wiggins MS. It's right in front of Walmart on the little service road. You can't miss it.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

I think I like them best of all marinated over night in whole milk and then deep fried in corn oil. Smothered with sawmill gravy!! Hard to beat my friend.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
