I could not stop looking.... had to make them for lunch yesterday.
I started them on a sheet of aluminium foil with a layer of parchment paper. The bacon rendered a lot of water/fat so I moved them directly to the cooking grate. Not a good idea... the fat dripping caused flareouts, lots of flareouts that were out of control. I had to remove the rings from the egg and finish them on the aluminum foil. They tasted good but were not as good looking as Fred's and Dillonjm. I will try again indirect like when I do chicken wings.
