Legs and wings marinated in Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning.
Raised direct at 350-375.
It is so much better on the Egg.

+1 on Walkerswood...great flavor. Enjoy the eats!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

They look and sound delish. But I have a question, did you add smoke?

Thanks, Whole Foods has it. I discovered while vacationing in Jamaica back in the 80's. Its the only jerk seasoning that I use. -

Thanks, it is very tasty and addicting. I ate 3 legs and 2 wings myself. -
Bam. Nothing beats Walkerswood for a good jerk.It's a 302 thing . . .

It looks great! Do you use just the dry seasoning blend or the marinade (or both)?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Thanks, its great on Pork Chops too. I used the seasoning. -
@dstearn .. if you ever get a chance try Spur Tree jerk seasoning ... I like it better than Walkerswood or Grace, both of which are available at our neighborhood Wal*Mart. Unfortunately I have to order the Spur Tree online, but well worth it.
LBGE & MiniOrlando, FL -
I am trying the Spur Tree today, have had the wings marinating for 24 hours. This time I will use Pimentowood for smoke.
