Next time I'm thinking of doing them in a cast iron pan so they stay together a little more. Also I forgot prosciutto which was my original plan.

I'm actually trying my hand at dehydrating some figs as I type this. I got Unit #1 purring at 125 degrees. I'm doing them in small test batches until I get the particulars worked out. Then I'm going to load the big unit up with them.
