This one is 258# dressed weight, was 300# live. It just barely fit on the Meadow Creek PR60T. Thermo is just so touching with lid closed. Smoking with apple wood.

Great cooking adventure-and looking at that rig this is not your first rodeo. How frequently did you have to add fuel to the pit to keep it at temperature? Gonna be a some great eats at the finish-line. Can't wait for the money pics. Enjoy the rest of the cook and the rewards.

This is my 3rd whole hog, but my previous 2 were both around 90#. I was pretty nervous doing a 250#er but things are rolling along just fine. I have 3 hours left and the shoulder temp is 189*.
