My most difficult cook to date!

Just some ol hot dogs.  Ball Park all beefs.  I am not a Hebrew or Nathans fan.  I have never grilled hot dogs before.  They were excellent.  Wrapped on with bacon and melted fresh colby cheese on it.  Other was classic NC dog.  Mustard, chili, slaw, and onion.  

Wife made the side.  Cheesy hash browns (with little smokies).

Thanks, @Botch!  They were pretty good.  Eating hotdogs always takes me back to when I was a kid.

@tarheelmatt‌ I had an epic cook planned. But, I'm on call and just finished working on a cooling tower for a DQ. Then tomorrow AM have an ER on a Walk In Freezer at a Cajun Restaurant then another call on a fryer pump at a Red Lobster. Not sure I'll be doing much egging this weekend :(

You ever work on large chillers (4160V stuff)?

@tarheelmatt‌ yes I used to. These days I am strictly commercial restaurants HVAC/R, foodservice, HC Duke/ElectroFreeze authod svc agent and distributor and Middleby Marshall svc agent and distributor. Don't run into much chiller work in this nitch. But, I see a lil bit of everything.

Most of the cooling towers I run into are glycol units now.

@NPHuskerFL nice!  We supply the MV MCC motor starters for many chiller manufacturers (Trane and Carrier) mostly.

Trust me a glycol unit goes down during a rush whether for beverage or ice cream we gotta be "Johny On The Spot". Because they're dead in the water w/out it.

I can eat a whole pack of good hot dogs in one sitting. I really enjoy a good dog. Those look excellent my friend. Simple but solid. It doesn't get much better than that.

@stemc33‌, guess I meant to say on the BGE. Though I could probably count on one hand the times I have cooked hot dogs. It's something I hardly cook. I try to clean for the most part, but I have craved a hot dog for a few weeks now.
