That is actually a really good deal on A-5. It typically goes for well over $200/lb.

Let me think..... four really fantastic steaks for maybe up to 8 meals if SWMBO and I split one (24 ounce is big enough to share) or maybe buy a mini BGE that will last a lifetime and have enough money left over to cook USDA Prime steaks on it for the next year or so.... just a matter of priorities.Actually, when the company paid the bills, Kobe and Wagyu was often on the menu. Much like a $100 bottle of wine, it was often wasted on me, I just don't have the palette to appreciate such things.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

not sure I could ever pull the trigger on something like that when regular steaks are so damn yummy.Firing up the BGE in Covington, GA

I bought these last month. When I got home I was out of lump, so I just microwaved them. Not bad, but not really worth the price.LBGE, Weber OTG w/ Rotisserie, Weber Genesis S-330, Chargriller Duo, AR-15, AK-47

WoW, look at the marbling! Nice. Pretty. Well done and probably makes for a pretty good stake, especially if you do it caveman. But hey, really, can't I get pretty close to this in my cheap little mind with a well made perfectly cooked burger and spend the rest on something else.

I'd be too scared to cook them. If I screwed it up I'd never hear the end of it...
