MaMa had a late day at work. Invited our Sons GF and Mom over for supper(neighbors). Prep»»» one Vidalia Onion, one yellow bell pepper, one orange bell pepper, a few sweet peppers, one garlic clove, one shallot, EVOO, dark agave and orange grove honey. Mixed into ground turkey and ground sirloin to make burgers. Mild spiced pork sausage and corn on the cob (minis) and cored apples, sliced, bathed in butter and dusted in cinnamon and sevia served w/ vanilla ice cream.

Awesome brother. Looks like a grand slam to me. What square griddle is that you have above?

Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

    Status- Standing by.

Arsenal-Just a small wore out and broken down Weber kettle. No other means to cook at all.

Burgers look great!! I've not used CI on turkey burgers yet. Does it mess with the moisture any?

@Jeremiah‌ it works swimmingly. I also really like the results on crab cakes.

Ah, disregard. Now I see the Gators pillow she's holding. Hopefully she washed her hands before dinner.
