MaMa had a late day at work. Invited our Sons GF and Mom over for supper(neighbors). Prep»»» one Vidalia Onion, one yellow bell pepper, one orange bell pepper, a few sweet peppers, one garlic clove, one shallot, EVOO, dark agave and orange grove honey. Mixed into ground turkey and ground sirloin to make burgers. Mild spiced pork sausage and corn on the cob (minis) and cored apples, sliced, bathed in butter and dusted in cinnamon and sevia served w/ vanilla ice cream.
