I see what you did between the two pics.  ;)

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

Great looking setup. Are those two tables pushed together? Where did you get that?

They are 2 tables pushed together ,
The company that makes them is called Southern Specialties .
They are built strong and will definetly last as long as the eggs do

Now I can see them, beautiful. Both of us need some lessons from @hapster or @cazzy....

Like the idea of two tables that fit together so well. Very flexible.

Awesome!  Is there anything more relaxing than watching the smoke come up the egg chimney anticipating a yummy thing?  Especially in such a nice spot like yours!

    Beautiful indeed, now I'm jealous/tempted.

Poor eggs, they've to share the Smokeware cap :((

As for photos, hope you don't mind me saying, try taking pictures again during the day ... since you're facing a back-lit situation, try increasing the exposure level and/or use the flash.  The same technique applies when taking pic of cooks under heavily shaded tent at eggfests.

    ;)

edit: I'd rather be a more decent cook than photographer, serious.
