The eggs live under the maple tree. Works out well, since I can take a dip in the pool in between checking on the food. The patio was built last summer, and is likely the best money I have ever spent on home improvement to date.

I lit up my tandoor in the garage in the middle of an Iowa winter one time. The garage was nice and warm despite the garage door being open! (the garage was totally empty with nothing flammable for several feet around).

Iowa City (North Liberty actually) 2006-2009. I don't miss the winters, but I do miss the sweet corn and the pork among other things.

Deep in the woods atop Monteagle Mountain in Tennessee.  Quick question...why do we use mustard with the rub on pork but not chicken?  If I don't taste mustard on smoked pork, would I on chicken?

@TN_Egger‌ I'd posit that the mustard would prevent skin crisping. Unless you are doing smoked BBQ chicken- go nuts!
