As the title says we went to the local Farmers Market and got some fresh veggies from a little Amish dude and listened to some live music while picken out veggies. Pretty cool!! Needless to say I had to have some protein to go with the veggies so we headed to the butcher shop and picked up 1 - 3 1/2lb whole chicken and a 5lb chuckie( tomorrow's cook).
So the chicken was rubbed with some fresh rosemary, thyme, sage and basil that I crused and added just a touch of EVOO.
On the small at 400 indirect My SWMBO started the 5 hr boil down process of the beans earlier in the day Once the chicken hit 150ish I put squash, zukes and corn on the large And all plated up with some fresh tomatoes. Turned out really tasty. Thanks for looking.

Nice, but what is a 5 hour boil down process for the beans?
-
She basically fills the pot with water and simmers for bout 3 - 3 1/2hrs and the final bit is a full on boil till all liquid is gone. This is the way both of our grandmothers cooked green beans.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

Looks excellent. Have you ever done your beans in a pressure cooker? Saves a lot of time my friend. Again excellent cook.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
