A trip to the Farmers Market = Good Eggin

As the title says we went to the local Farmers Market and got some fresh veggies from a little Amish dude and listened to some live music while picken out veggies. Pretty cool!! Needless to say I had to have some protein to go with the veggies so we headed to the butcher shop and picked up 1 - 3 1/2lb whole chicken and a 5lb chuckie( tomorrow's cook).
So the chicken was rubbed with some fresh rosemary,thyme,sage and basil that I crused and added just a touch of EVOO.
On the small at 400 indirect image My SWMBO started the 5 hr boil down process of the beans earlier in the day image Once the chicken hit 150ish I put squash,zukes and corn on the large image And all plated up with some fresh tomatoes. image Turned out really tasty. Thanks for looking.
