Supper in a rush.

Nothing special at all today. Been very busy today and getting a late start on supper. Two pieces of patty sausage ground with green onions and bell pepper.
Six mushrooms stuffed with some of the ground sausage. And a flank steak. Quick sear on the flank and patties then indirect to finish. Covered everything with the dizzy pig. Sorry I didn't get any prep pics but it's getting late and I'm starving.
I know it isn't much but thanks for looking. Will do better tomorrow.

Looks great! I love the quick simple cooks. Sometimes the less elaborate, the better. Just meat over fire, just that simple.

    That looks terrible!

You should send it over here for proper disposal. Especially the mushrooms :D

Thanks for the kind words my friends. The stuffed mushrooms turned out excellent. Had a very hectic day today so had to keep it simple. Will post a better cook tomorrow tonight. I have a stripped and chilled hog head I'm thinking about cooking tomorrow.
Again thanks for the kind words my friends.

Looks great @SGH.  I could have hit that.  The lady in the house cooked chicken mole tonight in the kitchen.  Very tasty but taking a break from the grill tonight.

Thank y'all for the compliments my friends. All in all it was pretty good for something thrown together. The mushrooms stuffed with sausage was actually very good. They are definitely going on the to do again list. Again I thank y'all. Oh yeah there is nothing wrong with kitchen food at all brother Nola. She has long been gone but some of the best meals of my life came out of my grand mothers kitchen off of a old wood burning stove. I miss those meals dearly my friend.
