Tried a new TriTip Method. SOLID.

in Beef
Got home after a golf tournament (I can't putt) and wanted BEEF. Rolled the egg to 525 degrees indirect.  Salt and pepper on the TriTip.  Threw it on with a probe and cooked it to 130 to the thickest point, no flipping.  1st time I ever tried this.  There is a God.image

The Dude: This is a very complicated case, Maude. You know, a lotta ins, lotta outs, lotta what-have-you's. And, uh, lotta strands to keep in my head, man. Lotta strands in old Duder's head. Luckily I'm adhering to a pretty strict, uh, drug regimen to keep my mind, you know, limber.

    What was the approximate cook time? I don't have a probe so I have to open the lid to check it and if I have approximate cook times it makes it easier.

    I had too may cool ones, so I don't know.  Sorry.

    Yes there would be one because I would have to turn to him for guidance on how to correctly cook one of his most delicious animals.
