Chicken with Olives and Sherry Vinegar Orange Sauce

Lunch plans fell through this morning, so I needed a fairly quick recipe. Grabbed a Bobbly Flay book from the shelf, ran to store, and under two hours later had thrown together a decent cook.

    Chicken with that orange and sprig of rosemary looks great. Seems to me I've seen one that used black olives and breasts, can't recall where. 

    What was in the sherry sauce?

    @Skiddymarker‌ the reduction sauce was: heated EVOO in sauce pan, added diced shallots and browned, added garlic and browned; then added orange zest, orange juice, sherry vinegar and reduced by half; added chicken stock and rosemary and again reduced by half. Removed from heat, strained, and added honey.
