    My fav seafood is fried snapper back bone. It's normally the throw away part but to me, it's the best.

    Coconut flour?  Is there an advantage to using it or is it a health consideration (i.e. gluten-free)?

    @Fred19Flintstone‌... Linda is full blown gluten-free. So it was a first try. Did not post the pics of the shrimp, they were outstanding and will use it a lot. That is them in the plastic bag.

    My sister is gluten-free and frequently eats with us when I egg at my Mom's.  I'll have to check it out.  Thanks Mickey!

    Yes and score to the bone. Got to give time for for the oil to heat (used to using the Mini Wok and lots shorter warm up).
