Not the Silicon Valley style. Going on a trip in a few days so I don't have much in way of abundant food. Thawed some chicken breasts and butterflied. Stuffed and wrapped with basil pesto and sun dried tomatoes. Wrapped and tied with twine. Rubbed with some blackening seasoning, cooked raised direct on the small WOO At 375 for about 30 mins.
For sides chopped some red onion and sautéed corn and the onion in the cast iron Dutch oven and some rice.
Sorry about the pictures, only have my phone. Thanks for looking.

Those look great! By the way, bacon works just as well as twine for holding everything together.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
