So it's SWMBO's bday today and i want to make her a special 'whatever you would like honey' birthday dinner tonight.

 So what does she want?????????

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    Go get some sushi! It is good, you can get chicken and or crab, lobster. Doesn't need to be raw, open your mind, and try it. I did, and I love it. I still will not choose the raw fish or seaweed, but there are options to keep you both happy.

    Take her out for sushi, variety is the spice of life and man cannot live by the egg alone.....all the best to her!

    @michigan_jason - quality of the Nori makes a huge difference. If made too long before you eat it, it is a soggy mess. For raw fish, stick with salmon or better yet tuna.

    oh I love Sushi as well but I thought a "birthday dinner' really should be something special from the egg.
