Great to hear-I'm quite sure he is not "submerged and undetected"  Perhaps a weak attempt at humor-but sometimes it's a good elixir-and the fact that he's well is great news. I could really get up on the soap-box but am exercising restraint in the absence of further info.

He is fine. We were at knife making class last night. He is so far removed from "that army" now. He is teaching/leading troops on Rock climbing & kayak riding. He is in another world.

I still am amazed that people can walk around carrying firearms, most not trained but soldiers can't on base.

The test was basically open book. I'm a gun right supporter but some people don't need to carry. No extra classes, no practice. I caught a lady filling her Glock mag backwards. I quit going to the range and found a good ol boy outside range.

I have plenty of guns, and I support gun rights for people that are sane enough to own them.   Trying to eliminate background checks, might as well just air drop them en masse from planes.
