I really like Akitas, I had 2 Shibas for 13 years, which are similar to Akitas but it's a lot smaller.  The Akitas are good protectors and they are only protecting you egg.

Newest member of the HendersonTRKing family.  Sadie.  [RIP Sancho 2/14/14 (up in an earlier post), but the entire family thought it was time for a new pet.]

Anyone remember what it's like having a 10 wk old puppy around?  Similar to many things, you remember the good and park the bad in a part of the brain where the ability to reason is severely impaired!  Looking forward to a long and happy life (and getting a full night's sleep in about 2 months).

Well, Rudder came home in mid April, and life here hasn't been the same since.  Sleep deprived, looking like self-mutilation due to incredibly sharp puppy teeth, lots of laughter and a constant thrill show - Wiley and I just wish there was an off switch.   


Rudder turned 16 weeks old last Friday, and now we can go out and terrorize the civilized world - and maybe tire him out so "normal" life can resume.
