So keto makes this hard, but currently enjoying Mysters Apricot Hard Seltzer. From Dry Dock brewery (our local favorite, and purveyors of the apricot blonde I miss dearly). Tastes grown up. As good as beer? No. But a hell of a lot better than White Claw. For those of us trying to keep the weight off, a nice treat.

I've resorted to boxed wine during the Lockdown.
I don't regret it.

REALLY enjoyed the original Mas Agave last year. Probably the best Gose I’ve had. But had to make the tough decision today for the original or grapefruit variant. I think I made a good call, this is freaking delicious on a warm Florida day.

Not now, but in the autumn (Ok, 'Fall').... home brew sloe-gin.
Recipe;- pick sloes after the first autumn frost,
- freeze and forget you have them,
- decide to de-frost the freezer and find them again,
- buy bottle of cheap gin,
- pour the sloes and equal weight of sugar in to a Kilner jar - add gin and close,
- hide the jar somewhere dark and warm, forget it's there,
- decide to clear out wardrobe,
- discover sloe-gin
- drink with or without bitter lemon
- pour some in your hip-flask(s) without emptying existing contents - very important.
This batch went in the wardrobe today, the sloes could be three years old - I have no idea. It'll need a few months for the chemistry to work. I chuck in a vanilla pod too, because I am bit fancy like that.
Other girls may try to take me away
But you know, it's by your side I will stay -
