Had a few Zombie Dusts while Egging lunch and dinner on the Mini Max and doing some yard work. Gorgeous day. Had the windows open in the patio for the first time this year.

Tea is thought to have a chemical that boosts metabolism, but I don't know how much water that holds.pgprescott said:

We drink loads of tea. It doesn't stop you from putting on weight or else Brits would all be skinny, and they're not.Eggcelsior said:

@Sea2Ski maybe Hendricks? That is very nice.Sea2Ski said:
@eoin Second favorite gin right there. My favorite is one I do not know the name of. Had it at a local party about 3 months ago and it was fantastic. Tasted the two side by side and I know I like that one better. I have to get you the name of it. But I really love Bombay!! Would love to have a bit with you some day....Eoin said:Slimline tonic, I'm afraid, still on a waistline reduction mission.

Mine for tonight, not my normal water of life but Anne got it because it was on the clearance shelf at the supermarket. Not bad.

Cooking a brisket point today. Started low and slow this morning but had to up the temp to attempt to have it done for dinner. Wrapped in foil and needed to add a little liquid - chose Ballast Point Red Velvet. Seemed like it would match well with brisket. Couldn't let the extra go to waste so I "had" to drink it.

Nice IPA from Wiper And True. This is a small brewery who brew a wide variety of styles and always do a great job.

@Eoin so I'm ready to have a beer exchange. I wonder what the legalities are...Slumming it in Aiken, SC.

@Jeremiah I have a couple of subscriptions and get 2 cases a month of 'interesting' beers. These are mostly UK, some European and occasssionally one from the USA. There is so much variety now, when I started drinking the big breweries were trying to kill off real ale and make everything pasteurised, fizzy and tasteless.Jeremiah said:@Eoin so I'm ready to have a beer exchange. Not sure on the legalities of shipping alcohol for non-business purposes, transport costs and bottles arriving in one piece are probably bigger issues! -
The forum seems a bit dead for a Friday.

And this thread has fallen to page 3, wonder if there is a correlation?They/Them

I'm drinking "F" wine.

I'm drinking sotol, I could have used it as igniter though

Campari and soda to start with. It does work better on a warm summer evening in Italy looking over Lake Garda, but beggars can't be choosers.

-
G&T now.

Got a stone variety pack from Costco just cracked the 4th. They are all really good.

Hendricks Gin and lemon instead of lime! I like how you roll. Happen to have Q or Fever Tree tonic? Also Junipero and Old Raj gins make good drinks.Eoin said:G&T now.

Had some 90+ Old Vine Malbec earlier. This brand is awesome. Highly recommend!

We have some really nice Sorrento lemons in the house, it would be a shame not to use them. My daughter likes to put cucumber slices in Hendricks.Vetereggnarian said:
