If you can still smell lamb over the amount of spice that was used on those two cooks, Cali and I screwed up bad. From the spillage I think you got the one that HA used for the chicken salad and love bombs. The chicken salad kept falling through the grid til we convinced the inbred to cook the chicken whole and make the salad in a bowl. The drip marks on the side were the satay sauce leftoversSteve

I'm sorry. Did I actually ask you to cook them. There were loads of guys doing them but you seemed to just take over. I blame Henapple.

I distinctly remember a point where you pulled out a bunch of meat, made sure you didn't get too close to an egg, and said something like "Here! Put these on, will ya?"And for that, I am adding raisins to your jambalaya next time.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

Cut the “tail” piece off about 2”. Cut pork diagonally into pieces and about ½” cm in the middle and wider where the tenderloin is narrower.
Awesome recipe Steve! Is this similar to what you cooked in Toronto last year? That was great! Are we talking inches or whatever cm stands for?

I modified it a bit Fred but essentially the same. I took a load down but there wasn't much food at the pre-party so I cooked most of it there. :^o
Too late to fix that now. I printed the recipe in Canuckese and quickly converted it to 'murican today. Wanna make a bet on tomorrow's game?

Wings/Leafs or Tigers/BJays? Both match-ups are happening tomorrow. I assume you mean Wings/Leafs. I was looking at the injuries of both teams. The Leafs have two (Bernier & Bolland). The Wings have 11 (Abdelkader, Jurco, Andersson, Gustavsson, Helm, Cleary, Datsyuk, Samuelsson, Zetterberg, Weiss & Coetzee). The Wings are looking to break their 23 year consecutive playoff appearance streak this year. No thank you. You're a crafty devil!
Hey, do you mind that I'm re-gifting a bag of Maple Leaf you gave me to Henapple? It got lost on the shelf and I just found it the other day. I think it's my favorite lump, but I wanted to share it with the PBR swiller. I'm meeting up with him next month and getting 10 bags of OO.

Total score of both games. C'mon man the Jays are sucking this year. (although it is the exact same team as was picked to win the big one last year). I'm coming to see Henapple when he brings your lump. You can pay me then.

It's against my better judgement, but since you're coming over the water, I'll oblige. Same deal? Rubs and sauces? If I lose, I'm gonna cry about the Tigers playing with a split squad. Just sayin'.
