It has been brought up that this forum is more man friendly. That it's crude or nasty. I'll be the first to say I'm guilty. I've worked contracting all my life and there's not much that will make me blush. When I first started on the forum it was mentioned and just wondered what the women on here think. I have typed many a comment and backed away...and have let some fly.

Are there any ladies to chime in?

    Good topic...I'm not in the category you are looking for but I know some ladies that mix it up pretty well them selves. ..one friends other half didn't know I was at his place the first time I met her...she came in complaining about her day and was saying things that would make sailors feel bad for mechanics that might have overhead it...When she saw me I thought that she would be embarrassed but she looked right at me and didn't miss a beat...we hit it off right away...

    It's a bbq forum. It's a well known fact that people drink when they BBQ. I'm naturally pretty **** (cussing for the ladies) up sober so I fit in well.

    Bottom line, yes, there is off language, innuendos, and some questionable memes. This mostly takes place in OT posts though, so just skip them if you're sensitive. If you're still bothered by it, give me your egg and go join a damn church forum!
