Hey I need to purchase a new spice grinder and was wondering if anybody had any recommendations on a make and model?

a really good blender works best. I used a kitchen aid spice/coffee grinder and a Vitamix at a cooking class last wed and the blender blew the spice grinder away. Wasn't even close. You don't need a $500 blender, but they are coolKeepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX

Put the spices in aluminum foil and run over it with your car. Preferably a heavy truck.Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

I am in love with the Cuisinart Spice Grinder. Big capacity, grind can be as fine as you want, easy to clean.There's a video demo on Amazon's website.Judy in San Diego

I use a cheap Krupps coffee grinder.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

That is pretty funny. Last night after I toasted the spices for satays I used the bendtec instead of the mortar and pestle I usually do. I need to give my blendtec a try. I make powdered sugar with it, which really kicks ass. I don't know why but it's cool. -
