It is well below 0*F here. Part of the purpose of this thing is to maintain a small smolder and also heat the egg above 55* for cold smoking.

Are those traeger wood pellets in that tube like stand? looks like an interesting experiment/set up you got going there! interested to see the final product of whats going to receive all of that beautiful smoke!
