I posted earlier on a different thread about cooking my first pork butt and posted some pics along the way "butt" here is the final result.... It took a little longer than anticipated but came out good for a first time go. My learning points from this are probably 1. More lump to start with 2. Less pressure to finish in a timely manner. ( start earlier and enjoy the cook) and 3. Have some critique other than the wife because she says everything is "egg-cellent" no matter what! Lol! Still not sure if that's a plus or minus. Ended the meaThe title of the other thread is " in need of some experts" just in case anyone is interested in looking at the before pics.
