Pizza: First crack

Hey guys. I know you see these a lot, but I figured this would be a good chance to jump into the community. These are the first 2 pies I made on the egg. Needless to say the result was delicious, if not quite beautiful yet. Hopefully that will come with time. Having a blast with the egg so far. Worth every penny. I look forward to sharing results and ideas with you guys.

First Try, attempt, shot, effort, etc...

Crack is a frowned upon word here with negative vibes

Man, those look awesome!! You should have seen some of my first pies! No one but me did though.  :D

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I agree...they look great for your first attempt and I'd gladly have a few slices of the pie with jalapenos.

My first pizza night was off the chain, but I worked in a pizza joint for about 4 years when I was a youngster. Somethings you just never forget!

  • Well look at what you did - not too shabby at all.

Very nice. And yeah, pizza and crack, we get worried. Glad you egg, pizza stone, platesetter, etc did not crack. :)
