Competition

Hey Everyone!

     I was curious if anyone here on the forum has ever entered a BBQ competition with your BGE and how you did.  I just signed up for a competition ribs class at Eggs By The Bay in San Jose.  My aim is to better my ribs (obviously) and learn more about competition style cooking.  I'd love to enter a comp by the end of the year to at least see where I stand.  If you have not entered one yourself have you ever gone to a competition/cook-off and seen anyone using the egg?
