After looking at that last pic...I think I threw up a little!! LOL....I'm wiping my egg and table off before, during and after each cook...but I also clean my house 3-4 days a week as well...OCD isn't all that bad....wife says she feels like she lives in a hotel!

Knock the loose stuff off with a brush, heat it up good, then hit it with balled up newspaper. Let it burn a bit more before the food goes on. Use the used newspaper in the chimney starter when doing direct cooks.

I threw the brush out and never replaced it. I fold my glove up and rub it down with that. Works just as good.Dunedin, FL
