Hangover food

What is your go to hangover food? We had a pretty lively gathering Saturday night for my wife's bday and needless to say I had to make some pasta on Sunday in hopes of relief. Ground up some chicken breast that needed cooking and used a store bought sauce.

Krispy Kreme donuts, Firehouse Subs, Waffle House... Being hungover is a great excuse to eat whatever you want in hopes it will help.

The cure is a conglomeration of hamburger patties, potatoes (tots, hash browns or mashed), gravy, and fried eggs. The gravy is key!

Water, Water, Water, Water. Then a little more water. Plus Gatorade(or similar) to replenish electrolytes. Dehydration is one of the root causes, so I just prevent it by drinking plenty of water.

In college it was a frisco breakfast sandwich from Hardee's with potato rounds. The greasier the better!

• 2 oz Grey Goose Vodka
• 4 oz Tomato juice
• 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
• 2 tsp Prepared horseradish

• 1 pinch Smoked paprika

ive never had a hangover but i do remember back in college that when  someone that is hungover sees you eating pickled pepperoncinnis early in the morning that they head to the nearest exit attempting to hold things back

@BoatBum Off Site is pretty good, although a bit on the small portion side.

AngryDog is my place, although Chip's made a strong showing Friday "Morning".  I had arrived home at 5:30am...Wifey was not too happy about that one....

They offer a four patty version.   Have seen some being eaten, people just turn them on their side and nibble at the meat.

Gatorade before passing out
Tons of water in the morning
and plenty of Vitamin G!  (Grease)  Eggs/bacon/sausage/scrapple/potatoes

I only do it once a year if its a bad hangover but Long John Silvers chicken planks. It might be the greasiest thing on the planet. I eat it in shame at ho e with the blinds closed. But a bacon cheeseburger is my goto.
