Thanks @Okieegger75 for the great Oklahoma stuff. Can wait to try out the brisket and pork injections. Got an e-mail from the postmaster that I had a packaged and went tearing out of the house to get it before they closed at 930 this morning. Lots of great stuff to be add in the near future. That card is spot on for me also. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Budgeezer - I hope you enjoy it. I'm almost ashamed to say that I stalked your profile on this site to see if you had posted any pics of one before before I sent it to you. I love mine. Also, the sorghum syrup is made about a mile from my house. It is a family operation that has been making it for years. They grow the cane and everything. It's delicious mixed with butter and slathered on a biscuit! =P~Chris_Wang - I love the Williamson Bros sauce. I use it one my ribs all the time! However, I'm not really a big fan of the restaurant. At least not the one in Canton, I haven't been to any of the other locations.SBGE December 2012 • XLBGE December 2013 • Yoder YS640 JulyLocation: Jasper, Georgia

@Brisket_fanatic hope you enjoy it. Was going to throw in a local brew, Choc, from Krebs, OK. But postmaster said illegal to ship alcohol through USPS. Stupid laws...Muskogee, OK

@jtippers Totally agree. I've only eaten there once and was underwhelmed. I ate at the one in Douglasville.
But their sauces are pretty much spot on to what I like in a sauce.Ball Ground, GA

My elf is apparently in the area. Based on that, I will try the Montgomery Inn sauce on ribs I did not get an instruction manual!Cookinbob said:By the way, I should add that the packing job on this shipment was excellent!
Good BBQ sauce!

Yes it is really good on ribs. You need to warm it up before glazing though. I know it sounds odd but it really is a better sauce when heated first. I think at Montgomery Inn they take the ribs and dip them in a pot of warm sauce before serving.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

I just went to a wedding reception at Montgomery Inn (the boathouse) and lets just say ppl from Cincy are obsessed with that sauce. I have seen my Cincinnati buddies put that sauce on everything from pizza to a turkey sandwich, and they also use it as a dip for corn chips.Columbus, OH
