I use the tubes for maintaining yeast samples of strains that I don't use that often or are hard to get at certain times of the year.  I definitely don't work anywhere that needs them and I promise that they aren't recycled medical waste

When I give people my home made hot sauce I usually re-use yeast tubes but in this case I thought I'd spring for a brand new tube, after all it's Christmas.

Glad you like it! I tried some of the HC rub yesterday on chicken. I liked it. I also tried the spicy bbq sauce. That was pretty good too. Still waiting to try the peach rub...it tasted good on my finger

Thanks for a great selection of items from my SS.  I can't white to try the white BBQ sauce.  And the local apple and peach wood was an awesome addition!  Merry Chrismas and thanks to the organizers for putting this together!

@rolltidesmoker - just a quick report:  The Dreamland ribs were outstanding.  I had to try some Habanero Death Dust (Oakridge) for comparison.  Both were excellent.  I didn't make the Cheese Biscuits until last night to go with the reverse sear prime rib.  They were most excellent and disappeared in a hurry.  Thanks again.
