Calzones!!!!! With pics.

Made two calzones. One with good old peperonie and cheese. The other was ground elk with cheddar cheese, sautéed onions, mushrooms, and minced garlic. Egg wash on the outside with a little dusting of parmesean. Very delicious all the way around. I will never figure out how to get these pics posted upright.

Calzones look good. If you are taking pics with an iPhone, be sure the home button is on the right when you take a pic and it will show right on the forum.

My first pizza cook looked similar. I guess you could say I had issues... Damn sticky dough.Nice calzones by the way.L x2, M, S, Mini and a Blackstone 36. She says I have enough now....eggAddict from MN!

It was actually dough from Sams club that my buddy got from the pizza counter. It was a case of 20 dough balls for 16 bucks so he gave me half. I cut one dough ball in half and used each half for a whole calzone. The crust had an egg wash on it and then I sprinkled green can parmesean cheese on the top. I was very pleased with the results for sure.
