With Arby's brisket and McDonald's ribs... America has arrived. Now if Burger King would just get a sous vide machine, this place would go nuts.

Have any of ya'll tried the new Southwestern crispy chicken premium wrap with habanero sauce that Mickey Ds has for "limited time" ?

Outstanding. I never woulda thought I would say this, but true.

And the McRib... I gotta go have one. Always stop to eat one, every time they bring it on.  I know its not even "meat" but like it.

    ;)

And to think, I wasted 5 1/2 hours of time on Sunday making loin back ribs and I've spent $350 on a Stoker kit and for what?!?!  I could just take 5 minutes and $3.99 and have me some sweet ribs!  The next person that comes to my house can have my Egg and table for free.

After reading this I'll never try one of these:

Did you know that the McRib is processed with 70 different ingredients which include azodicarbonamide, a flour-bleaching agent often used in producing foamed plastics? McRib's are basically "restructured meat technology" containing a mixture of tripe, heart, and scalded stomach. Proteins are extracted from this muscle mixture and they bind the pork trimmings together so they can be molded in a factory. The McRib is really just a molded blob of restructured meat, advertised and sold like fresh ribs. There's nothing real about it, the preparation or the substance. In fact, McRibs really came about because of a chicken shortage.

@pwg56 I went to read the article you linked to, but was instantly distracted by his McRib Locator link... It's the Wikipedia link jumping curse. Took me 45 minutes to come back around to this site and post a comment.
