I just sent out an email with our recipes, I could send them to you - If you want to add them to your list?. We ran out of cards.
I'd like to get the ones you gathered, as we did not get out to get any recipes.
Large, medium, small and a mini. Egg'n, golfing, beer drinking, camping and following football and baseball.

Anybody know who won?That was the first time I made the Chicago Brisket Chili, I almost broke my arm patting myself on my back...It turned out better than I expected. I did make a change during the cook that didn't make the recipe card which was prepared a couple weeks prior. When I smoked the brisket at home prior to the eggfest I did the travis style brisket and used Stubbs steakhouse marinade with a bottle of beer in the pan. @jrwhitee...I would love to try your brisket chili this weekend. All of the ingrediants are easily available except the Bobby G's Giardiniera(hot or mild). Is there something I could substitute for a similar end product?

You can get Giardinera at most grocery or specialty stores, is there a Chicago deli in your area? No Chicago deli. I will check a few of our local grocery stores but I don't ever remember seeing that stuff(i never have really looked either tho). Have you ever tried making your own? There are a few recipes that i found and it dosn't appear to be that difficult to make.

I'm not sure but Billy Wise (Wise One) on the other forum used to compile the eggtoberfest recipes. Haven't seen it over there this year but I don't spend much time on there anymore.
