As previously mentioned a great addition to chicken stock for the gelatin or just plain soup. Cut the toe nails off or better yet cut them in half to release the gelatin.,

Doesn't Travis have a method? Awesome that they can get a buck forty-9 for a pound of what for most is a throwaway.

Mick, Just season them up with dizzy dust or lawreys and raised with a drip pan. Lot of fat but they are delicious. Need a bunch for a meal

I generally buy them at an Asian market to make stock. I usually make dark stock so I roast the bones and the feet in the oven. Man they are tasty

Saw those in China recently. Not wrapped though, just lose in a bin.
This was in a bin - in a local WalMart Super Center in Bejiing.

A different way of buying meat. Notice the bins of meat. People sort through the pieces with their hands, pick out what they want an put into a plastic bag. Same as we would pick up produce at a grocery store here.
Sausage was unwrapped, people just grabbed what they wanted. This was not a neighborhood market, was the Walmart.

It's the Travis-method all the way for me!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
