Of course you did, just like you posted a pic of your maverick with the KY sitting right beside it.  That was one of the best photos of non food I have seen!  Still getting a laugh from that!

Shaking my head...

Broke the seal on the back up bottle of Woodford...

IT is currently 172 and the grid is at 246. I guess there is a stall, even with a little brisket.

1am normally wouldn't be a big thing; cept I've been up since 5:30 this morning.

I will either pull this off and suffer for my efforts; or fail spectacularly in the same.

AM update

Woke to find the briskie IT at 208 and the grid at 325.

208 might be a touch on the high side for such a little guy. Looks like I'll be making chopped beef Sammie's

Terrible waste for good bourbon. Will chop and pull later and see what happens... Thinking about just taking some of the brisket and pork, saute it in a little butter and top it with some fresh tomatoes and a fried egg.
