First go to desktop. -Then- move the mouse to the right and choose settings. you should see an option to go to "control panel" on the right side (top).

I will organize it, no biggie. I will gladly accept samples overnighted to my door step, as long as they are the exact internal temperature they are intended to be eaten at, or cryogenically frozen so I can reheat them in my nuke box. +

Give me a day to draft something up in terms of more guidelines.

 I do know one company that has already offered to donate a prize for something like this (Amaz-N Smoker), should we try that?
