    Looks good @Focker. Why in the HE double hockey sticks have I not thought of standing the bellies up in a rib rack?? Do you flip them around or leave them alone?

    Thanks Chubbs.  I will probably turn them before I turn out tonight, just for good measure.  I'm sure they would be fine if left alone.
