...just so we have some kinda food related post here... 

I just cooked up two beautiful choice 1.5+ pound T-bones (reverse sear) and we split a egg-finished Idaho baker.  Before I cooked that, I prepped a chuck roast and boston butt and threw them in the sous vide for Sunday at the MIL's.  The "hoard of locusts" will be there (figure it out - SWMBO is youngest of 8, and the oldest sister has 10 kids that have at least 6 kids...bla bla bla)

Anyway, will throw those on the egg Sunday morning and pull them for sammies.

DAMMIT!  I could have turned this into at least 5 posts!!!

Congratulations.  I have been on here for about 10 months and am working on getting 20 posts in.  I find lurking to be more my style.

if my math is right, that was 79 months ago,  20,000 divided by 79 gives 253 posts a month.  yes you need to get a life indeed!

Congrats LS. And if you assume about 2 minutes a post average - LS has spent over three full months of 8 hour "working" days posting. Good thing he has some knowledge to share - Keep it up, eh?

(If it wasn't for Ontari-ari-ario us western whiners would have nothing to complain about, 'cept maybe Alberta or PEI or ......)
