Thanks Guys it was really good, I would use thighs instead of the legs next time but I had a package of 10 legs in the freezer for some reason and decided to get rid of them. I'm more of a white meat guy._________________________________________________Don't let the truth get in the way of a good story!Large BGE 2006, Mini Max 2014, 36" Blackstone, Anova Sous Vide
