That's why dogs don't like them.

Just noticed all the small pics under the larger. I thought as of the past couple of weeks I was the only person not able to delete them anymore. Photobucket is just about to upset me.

She isn't polydactyl like a Hemingway cat - just 5 toes.  But very large feet and claws now - that's when she was still at teen and she grew a lot after that pic.

Nice looking kitty, Nola. Like @Hokie_Smoker, we like our canines on the large size (nice looking Newf). Over the past 40 years we have had a Saint, Newf, Great Pyrenees, Shepard-Collie cross (at 75# she was the smallest) and now another Saint. Giant dogs like big cats have unique personalities. When you are this big, you just don't care what people think.....

@skiddy - Used to have large dogs - including a few collies.  Love 'em, love dogs.  Dogs live for you...they're miserable unless you're there - makes me feel guilty.

@Skiddymarker, this is the first giant breed I've had and he's a great dog, gentle giant is an accurate description. 

SWMBO says that the Newf doesn't smell like a dog but like smoke.  A little bourbon, some jamz on the radio and my dog while eggin' it doesn't get much better.

Love the pics of all your pets.  We don't admit to being cat lovers, but we probably have 15 outdoor cats on the farm.  Here's one of the newest ones.  Plus our dogs.  Sadly, we lost the big one last week.  Feels kind of strange around our house without him.

Proof that dogs don't like cats. This is my daughter's cat after he tried to "play" with their chocolate lab while he was snacking on a rawhide bone. I gotta say though, he's adjusted well and is a really cool cat. The other pic is our dog Sadie (not the mean cat hater).

Think I ought to clarify here, almost ANY dog is gonna get mad if you mess with them while their eatin' their vittles. Wasn't trying to point fingers at my girl's lab.
