@Ozzie_Isaac We used 2/3 of the carcass/bones to make broth (jello) in the Instapot, 1/3 for soup in the Thermopot. The soup has plenty of flavour, no jello needed.

Thanks for the comments! @caliking - I mix one egg yolk a couple tbsp of milk and brush it over the dough, than pour any variety of seeds that I like (sunflower, linen and poppy seeds in this case). …

Thanks, me too. I used just the single ThermoWorks for years, but the Javelin was on a stupid-cheep sale ($thirty-something, iirc) and figured a backup wasn't a bad idea.
