It was quite funny as that is an XXL and yes he put in some dripping wet chips as Bobby alwasys says to soak your chips. By the time he put the turkey in the egg it was completly done "smoking". Got to love the power of television. It was blindingly white
You absolutly need a gap under the egg between the table for air flow. This keeps the table from getting too hot and catching fire. Either find a metal worker near you or just get the table nest as it looks pretty good.
