Boring Wild Salmon

Wife’s been craving salmon so she come home with some. $15/per pound but man was it good. Cooked skin on raised direct at 425 for 15 min. Pulled at 140 internal temp. Dusted with Redfish Magic. Wife made up some skillet veggies of squash, shiitake mushrooms, zucchini and onions. Not bad for a Sunday supper!!
